What do you do with an unbelievably delicious garlic-based sauce from Lebanon that has long standing foodie cred, but lacks recognition in the mainstream marketplace? The founders of Anne’s Toum, Katia and Steve, hired Bootjack to bring this enticing food product to market. By utilizing imagery that represents traditional Lebanese foodways and incorporating a modern aesthetic, Bootjack created a brand that evokes the personality and voice of a decades-old family recipe for today’s consumer. Anne’s Toum soon took flight, selling out at the farmers’ markets and catching the attention of the Whole Foods buyer.
